NetReg is designed for exactly that purpose and has a reasonably large  
and active support community. See: http://netreg.sourceforge.net/ and

For wireless-specific activity, try: nocat.net (http://nocat.net), as  
its a more focused problem then just network registration.

... and you can google to get situations that match yours even more  
closely, too.
