It should be possible to set print.postscript.paper_size for a user. User specific
settings should survive a firefox update. Type "about:config" into the firefox URL field.
Search (=filter) for paper_size. Double click on "print.postscript.paper_size" and enter
the value you would like to have. The value will be saved into your profile:
~/.mozilla/firefox/xyz.default/prefs.js
