Is perl-Net-DNS worth updating?

Checking the package on SL45 (RHEL4 U5) I can't see any backported fixes by
the upstream vendor yet:

* Tue Oct 12 2004 Warren Togami <[log in to unmask]> 0.48-1

- #119983 0.48 fixes bugs

* Thu Sep 23 2004 Chip Turner <[log in to unmask]> 0.45-4

- rebuild
