I guess you might have more luck by asking [log in to unmask], this
appears to be rather Quattor-specific (and not related to ScientificLinux).

But SLC-3.0.6 sounds a bit old, perhaps you want to update to 3.0.8 (and
also apply the patches out since then.. 3.0.8 came out in September last
year..)
