Hi all,

LiveCD Scientific Linux 5.0 for i386 is now available for testing.

New LiveCD feature
- LiveCD can be installed to local hard disk, run
  livecd-install or livecd-install-gui

Software added compared to standard Scientific Linux
- 915resolution
- ntfs-3g (read/write NTFS support)
- ntfsprogs
- gparted
- testdisk
- dd_rescue
- partimage
- iperf
- aufs (replacement for unionfs)
 
Major Software updates compared to Scientific Linux 4 LiveCD
- kernel 2.6.18
- openAFS client 1.4.4
- xorg 7.1
- 3D desktop with compiz and AIGLX (must be enabled first)
