Hi,

When does the hang happen? Do you reach the "boot:" prompt? What's the
latest message you see on your screen?
Can you please try to boot with "failsafe" - you have to type this at
the "boot:" prompt.

So even this is an alpha release ;-), some more information could be
very useful.
