Actually the main developer does his own thing still. He is not really
interested in having it a 'public' distribution but more a distro for
his workplace (If I understand the former WBEL people correctly)

There are a couple of others that are rebuilds of Centos that ISPs
remove a lot of stuff and add in webmin or other tools for their
'clients' to use.
