Hi,
I have an intel core Duo machine to which I installed SLC 4.3 . It has
worked fine (except for the IRQ 11 message that appears once in a
while). The only problem I seem to have is that once in a while it will
boot to blank blueish flickering screen...
It did it a number of times but sometimes the login screen would appear
allowing you to log in and work with no problem. Sometimes when you
logged out the screen would turn back to the flickering screen.
The input still working when the screen flickering because I log in and
then I get a red and black flickering screen. I'm not sure what the
problem is.
The graphics card is built in the motherboard so is vesa
an appropriate driver? Does Intel have its own drivers?
Now the screen only flickers all the time with no chance on the
occasional session. Any ideas are welcome.
