    SL308 has tzdata-2006m-2.el3, which has the correct 2007 US daylight
savings transition dates, Mar 11 and Nov 4.  But SL304 has
tzdata-2004e-1.EL, with incorrect 2007 dates, Apr 1 and Oct 28.  On SL304
is it ok to use "rpm -Fvh" with the SL308 tzdata?  If so, shouldn't the
SL308 tzdata be made available to the other SL30x via "yum update"?
