Hello,
rsync has been turned off on rsync.scientificlinux.org and
ftp.scientificlinux.org. It will be switched back on at 12:30 when we
have switched back to the updated disks.
Certain settings of rsync will cause you to basically redownload whole
repositories, only to have them redownloaded again when we switch back.
This isn't critical, but is a waste of network bandwidth for you and
for us.

Once again, rsync has been turned off. It will be turned on at 12:30 pm
CDT (a half hour after noon)

We apologize for the inconvenience.
