OS: SL 4.4 i386.

I did not manage to install BitTorrent 4.4.0 or later, however I downloaded and installed 
the latest Azureus (2.5.0.0) successfully.

It runs OK with SL 4.x's Java 1.4.2_x, no need to install Java 1.5.0_x.

I recommend it highly, if you want to have the latest and the greatest in BitTorrent 
technology (faster downloads etc).

It can be added in some SL repository as it is, on its site: http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
