|... but we upgraded everything (ok, almost
|everything) to SL 3.0.5 with kernel 2.4.21-32.0.1.ELsmp.

We have upgraded a few systems, but have seen
no major differences between 304, 305 and 307.
We have a mix of uniprocessor and SMP systems.

|The mount options we went to last summer are:
|
|rw,nfsvers=3,tcp,hard,nointr,wsize=8192,rsize=8192,timeo=600,retrans=2

I meant to include this information; this is almost
exactly what we have (other than the changes to
timeo and retrans):

rw,rsize=8192,wsize=8192,tcp,hard,intr,timeo=10,retrans=5

We have nfs version set to 3 on all the filers. A couple
of the older Linux-based filers use UDP, but everythiong
else is TCP.

Thanks,
Miles
