Most likely a temporary error (you started downloading when their
repository mirror was not complete ? - so downloaded metadata does not
match the package ?)

Just clean the metadata: yum clean metadata

(if it still does not help, you may rm the package
from /var/cache/yum/REPO/packages/  and run
yum clean metadata again : but if this will not
work I;m afraid you'll need to 'yum clean all'
REPO = kde .. or kde-all .. )
