Hi,

please find the latest version of the SL44 LiveCD/DVDs for i386 and
x86_64 in ftp://ftp.psi.ch/psi/livecd/pub/44
Feel free to test them. If there are no main problems, they can/will be
released in a few days.

Changes since last pre-release of SL44 LiveCD:

- LiveCD/DVD now runs with native SL4 kernel (no special LiveCD kernel
needed anymore)
- add SMP kernel and modules to LiveCD/DVD (support of DualCore and
Multiprocessor systems)
- add boot options serviceon=/serviceoff=
- update squashfs to 3.1-r2 and nvidia driver to 1.0-8776
- add r1000 and ipw3945 packages

Chances since SL43 LiveCD:

- update to SL44
- update unionfs to 1.1.5
- add support to boot the LiveCD over USB CD-ROM
- add boot option nopasswd
