It shouldn't be too hard as long as your cards support it (and they plug into
the motherboard to support it). Integrated cards usually do.

After you have that, use a program like ether-wake (in SL it's in the
net-tools-1.60-37.EL4.6 package) to send a magic packet to the card, usually
using it's MAC address.
