Well, just looking at that ... there is no such path, so I don't know 
why it would even be trying.

Can you send me the following (you don't have to send it to the list if 
it's too long)

ls -1 /etc/yum.repos.d/
cat /etc/yum.repos.d/*
yum upgrade
yum --enablerepo=* upgrade
