We had 4 confirmed cases (myself among them) the first day, out of O(100)
active users. Unless Rainer has some fix for it in your client, it's going
to come up I guess.

Your AFS client has to be in the mood to make it happen. And it seems to
be much more likely to happen if the browser has been running for a while
before it's restarted.
