New release of SL43 LiveCD

Hi,

I have rebuilt all SL43 LiveCD/DVDs. You will find them in
ftp://ftp.psi.ch/psi/livecd/pub/testing

Please feel free to test them out. Any feedback is very welcome!
At the end of the week, I will delete the old iso-images and put the new ones in
ftp://ftp.psi.ch/psi/livecd/pub/43

And (hopefully) Troy will copy them to
ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/livecd/43

Main changes since the last build:
- Completely rebuild of all LiveCDs
- All SL43 updates are included
- Update to kernel 2.6.9-42.0.2.EL
- Add support to boot the LiveCD/DVD over USB CD/DVD-ROM
