Yes it is. In %prep, you'll find:

#sw start
sed -i 's/enable-pango/disable-pango/' .mozconfig
echo 'ac_add_options --enable-xft' >> .mozconfig
#sw end

I think the second line is redundant. In addition, I removed the pango 
related patches. The other changes are just what Jarek described as well.

Seems like at least four of us arrived at almost identical solutions for
building 1.5.0.5 for SL3. Can't be too bad...

Make that iso-8859-15, and I'll agree ;-)
