I regularly use

define(`MAIL_HUB', `mail.domain')
define(`confDOMAIN_NAME', `$w.domain')
FEATURE(always_add_domain)
FEATURE(`masquerade_entire_domain')
FEATURE(`masquerade_envelope')
FEATURE(`allmasquerade')
MASQUERADE_AS(`hostname.domain')
MASQUERADE_DOMAIN(`domain')

(where mail.domain is the smart hub)

I also wish there were a nice configurator with that option.
