For the x86_64 tree I just get the j2sdk-1.4.2_10-fcs.i586.rpm failing the 
sig-check (as expectd).

In case anyone else is trying to make x86_64 install-trees on i686 
hardware I now have a fairly simple recipe which seems to work for me 
(fiddling with a copy of the rhpl python package to avoid it looking for 
the arch in /etc/rpm/platform)...
