There is one in the kernel-smp-devel rpm.

There isn't a 'single kernel source' package in the distribution.  The 
kernel-devel rpm isn't meant to build kernels from, it is meant to build 
kernel modules from, and have the kernel headers.

Also, to find out what a kernel was compiled with look at

/boot/config-<kernel name>
