Hello,
We are having some problems in the building that houses ftp.scientificlinux.org, www.scientificlinux.org, and rsync.scientificlinux.org.  Although their power stayed up, some building cooling was lost when a breaker tripped, and eventually there were some networking problems.  We are working on getting things restored as soon as possible.
