I have put the livecd's, and livedvd's at

ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/livecd/42/

That way people who wish to mirror it can, but those who aren't really 
watching their mirors won't accidentally suck it up.

Expect the announcement on the website, as well as on the 
scientific-linux-announce maillist within a day or two.
