Hi all,
This is something that has had me scratching my head for a while:
I have 1GB of memory in my machine but still it insists on using loads
of swap. Current usage is (from top):
Mem: 1035792k total, 390680k used, 645112k free
Swap: 2096440k total, 250952k used, 1845488k free
Would it not be better to use all that free memory before going out to
the hard drive?
Have I missed something?
Cheers,
Rob
