About the thunderbird.  There hasn't been a errata release for 
thunderbird for a long time, and hense, the lack of mail about it.  The 
last errata was back in October.  So all I can say is that *we* didn't 
touch it.  I'd check with your ISP.  News is usually pretty low on thier 
priority list.
