Hi Michael,
I could have sworn I tested these and didn't get that error.  (double 
checks)  hmm ... nope didn't get it.
Can you check and make sure you don't have 2 gtk2's.  Just do a

rpm -q gtk2

If you do ... well then you might have some problems.
