4.1->4.2, on upgrading selinux-policy-targeted-1.17.30-2.110
(seen on several machines)
The "hang" on AFS occurs even in permissive mode, given that the machine
will crawl over all AFS user home directories.
Mounting AFS will fail only in enforcing mode, of course.
