Found that when you do an everything install, two of the yum plugins fail.
Fixed for RC 2.5.
Plus added the yum-installonlyn plugin.
Plus removed the fastestmirror plugin as we do not use a mirrorlist and 
this makes yum not work if it is installed.  Will put it in the contrib 
area if anyone really wants it.
