It took me 5 attempts before I noticed that it should probably be:

   ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/...

ftp.scientific.org seems to belong to a totally different project :-)

Is the plan to put them into:

  .../linux/scientific/305/.../errata/bugfix/RPMS/

once they have been tested enough?  If so I ought to check that my scripts 
know to rsync that from your servers...
