Thanks to David M. Cooke for reporting the build.hdlist.site.sh bug.

There are a few bugs in the "site" building code for SL 41.  I have 
updated the broken scripts .

I have updated the following files on 

ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/41/$arch/sites/example/build/scripts 

make.updates.img.sh      Minor change, only needed if you use RHupdates 
			 for patches to anaconda

upd-instroot             build.release... was not finding custom rpms for 
			 install except for the kernel
			 This is actually a file from anaconda-runtime.
			 If it is placed in the build/scripts directory
			 it overrides the version in the anaconda-runtime 
		  	 rpm.  I have updated this in the next version of
		         anaconda-runtime .
  
build.hdlist.site.sh     change from $SITEDIR to $SITE,  need 
			 anaconda-runtime  >= 10.1.1.19-1SL.i386.rpm
