Installer (anaconda) searches for all devices for which bindings are
defined in:

/usr/share/hwdata/pcitable
and in
/usr/share/redhat-config-network/module-info
(well, actually in:
/usr/lib/anaconda-runtime/loader/module-info
but this is almost the same content)

if your card PCI ID and binding to a driver are not defined there, it
will not find it
(.. well .. there's a special handling for wireless ... see:
/usr/share/redhat-config-network/netconfpkg/NCHardwareList.py)

After your system is installed kudzu runs on each bootup looking
for hardware using about the same 'technique' as the installer.

Easiest way to solve your problem would be to add
needed data for your card to:

/usr/share/hwdata/pcitable
and
/usr/share/redhat-config-network/module-info

(providing that this is a supported one)

and then re-run redhat-config-network
(or let kudzu do the job on next reboot)

Best Regards
