Hi again,

I see that almost nobody answer me concerning my Ethernet card which is not
recognized by SL 4.0; after discussing with a colleague, we concluded that
the real problem could be another one. In fact, my colleague have the
opposite problem than me - his Mandrake does not find the wireless card,
while it finds the Ethernet. So, we believe that at the installation it
searches for the available cards and it stops after finding the first one.
This first one seems to be the card which is on the motherboard (for me the
wireless, for him the Ethernet).

I realize this is not a SL-specific question, but I ask your help anyway:
how to force Linux to go ahead after finding the first network card, and to
search for a second one?

Thanks,

Lucian Stroe.
