I get this error:

Error: Missing Dependency: apt = 0.5.15cnc6-9.SL is
needed by package apt-devel
Error: Missing Dependency: libghttp.so.1 is needed by
package perl-HTTP-GHTTP

when I try yum update with atrpms enabled...

Any comments please?
