My apologies, I forgot to put the src rpm in the proper place when 
uploading the errata.  It is there now.

ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/40/SRPMS/openafs-1.3.82-3.SL.src.rpm

Since openafs does not come from the vendor (the vendor has initials 
r.h.) it is not in the vendor section.
