Just finished a brand new install and configured it.
1) First the good news. Kget does not work but gftp DOES! Perfectly. Connected
and download some files from my web site to test it. So, there is something
wrong with Kget.
2) Secondly, here is the output of ping that you asked me for yesterday.

3) The lftp command yielded the same "open" but no connection as yesterday.

Getting the hang of it again.
