Just a guess , but try this:

raid /soft3 --noformat --level=1 --device=md2 raid.03 raid.06

instead of:

raid /soft3 --noformat --level=1 --device=md2 --fstype ext3 raid.03 raid.06

(possibly anaconda gets confused there)
