I have to say, that I had been meaning to put this web page up for some 
time ... so long in fact, that I actually thought that I had already 
done it.

But it is there now.

You will notice that this really is links to the docuementation in the 
example site.  But that is where the documentation had lay hidden, 
waiting to be found.
