Hello,
I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you about this. But I've
been debating what to do with various small groups of rebuilt rpm's such
as yours.
It's sort of a tricky position. We definatly want more scientific
packages such as what you packaged. We also want to make sure that
nobody put's in something that not be licensed, or even worse, has
something like a trojan in it.
Anyway, I think we've figured out a process.

First, we're going to have a 'community' section. This will be links to
various web pages, package repositories (such as yours), articles, and
other things that arn't done by the official S.L. developers, but done
by various community members.

Second, if a person want's their package to get into the contrib
section, they need to sign both the rpm and the srpm, so that both can
be posted up in the contrib area.

Third, if a package in contrib is wanted by the S.L. community, does not
conflict with packages already in S.L., and a person is willing to
maintain it, then we'll move it into the main release.

So, anyway. What I would like to ask you, is if we could put a link to
your ftp area in our community section of the Scientific Linux web site?

Thanks
Troy Dawson
