 Yes, been there...
Try: rpm -qa | grep librsvg2
and if there are two lines:
librsvg2-2.2.3-6
librsvg2-2.2.3-2
do: rpm -e librsvg2-2.2.3-2
It was from previous partial unsuccessful update of librsvg2.
