Hi John,
That would be my fault. I was about 90% done with redhat-logo's, when it 
was time to bundle it up and get it out for the release candidate.  I 
didn't clean up much because I knew there was going to be another 
release for redhat-logo's, and monitor.png slipped right through the 
build process.
Thanks for catching that.  It's already been fixed for the next build.
