Apparently you are missing 32 bit versions (.i386.rpm) of:
gnome-vfs2-2.2.5-2E.1
bonobo-activation-2.2.2-1
on your system and up2date fails to pull these from
rhel-x86_64-ws-3 RHN channel ...
as to why ... you'll have to ask Red Hat ...
