Hi,
The easiest way to upgrade from one of the Release Candidates to the
final release would be to just do a "yum update".
But if doing it via CD is the easiest for you, then yes, you can. When
you start the install, one of the earliest screens will search for all
instances of Scientific Linux (including 4.0) and ask if you want to
upgrade them. You can then upgrade it.
