Hi All,

the "first write hangs on x86/UP" problem is finally fixed. I haven't
given it much testing otherwise yet, but so far it looks promising.

There's an SRPM available from:

/afs/ifh.de/user/w/wiesand/public/www/SL4/openafs-1.3.82-1.SL.src.rpm

http://www-zeuthen.desy.de/~wiesand/SL4/openafs-1.3.82-1.SL.src.rpm

I made some other minor changes, none of which I believe are intrusive
or incompatible with previous builds:

- made the init script a separate source file
- in init script, do not run the on_network check if ENABLE_DYNROOT=1
- package the LWP builds of fileserver & volserver (which are built but
not installed by default) in addition to the default pthreaded ones,
   with suffix ".lwp"
- package the pthread build of butc in addition to the default LWP one,
   with suffix ".pthread"
- removed the build hack from 1.3.80-1.SL, fixed upstream

Since I couldn't find openafs-1.3.80-2.SL.src.rpm (matching the packages
from 40rolling/ia64), I had to guess what Jarek did to fix the module
build on ia64. Jarek, if I screwed up, please fix...

Cheers,
 	Stephan
