Hi Connie,

I tried this with good success, but I noticed that the following
packages are apparently not signed.

[root@gauss RPMS]# rpm --checksig *rpm | grep -v gpg
anaconda-9.1.3-3.1.SL.i386.rpm: sha1 md5 OK
anaconda-runtime-9.1.3-3.1.SL.i386.rpm: sha1 md5 OK
GFS-6.0.0-10.i686.rpm: sha1 md5 OK
GFS-devel-6.0.0-10.i686.rpm: sha1 md5 OK
GFS-modules-6.0.0-10.i686.rpm: sha1 md5 OK
GFS-modules-hugemem-6.0.0-10.i686.rpm: sha1 md5 OK
GFS-modules-smp-6.0.0-10.i686.rpm: sha1 md5 OK
rpmdb-SL-303-0.20040922.i386.rpm: sha1 md5 OK

I normally use gpgcheck=1 in my yum.conf so yum balked.

John
