Howdy,
I have gotten the yum section done for the "How To Upgrade To The Latest
Release".  I've also written an apt section, but I haven't tested that yet.

If you have openafs installed, there are still bugs.  For the time being, just
remove openafs, do the upgrade, then put it back.  That will only be for
upgrades from 3.0.1, but even so, we'll see if we can find a better way.
