Hi,

the (wrong) dependency problem has been created by the latest
rpm version (4.2.2-0.14) :( which was used to rebuild the perl rpm package.
The rpm dependency checker is too zealous...

I have been there too (too much updated build environnement) for another RHEL3
rebuild ;). The Taolinux x86_64 maintener who I have been talking to also
reproduced the dependency error. If you rebuild the prel package with the previous
rpm version (4.2.1-4.4) you won't have that error.

best regards,

Tru
