Almost. It's "-dynroot", without the trailing s. And while it will remedy
the problem for sites like the one starting this thread where the wget
test fails, and not make a difference for most others: as Jarek pointed
out it may introduce problems for sites having links in /afs (the root.afs
volume).
I have no opinion on this matter since all my systems have their afsd
options changed during installation anyway.
