Both, but ... not all libraires are available in 32-bit mode. For
example, most of the GUI libraries (gnome-*, KDE*) are
64bit-only. Since we don't expect to run a lot of Opterons any time
soon, this allows us to do comparisons for the code we are interested
in, but is probably not a generally-useable desktop distro.

Only as long as all of the 32-bit dependencies are met.
