High Energy Physics Linux (HEPL) Preview March 12, 2004

Added documentation on building new "sites" in /sites/example/README. Added
documentation on what "images" you might want to change if you make new site.
This is in /sites/example/build/documentation/README.images

We added openafs. Troy is working on a way to configure it with the
"firstboot" method along with rpms that sites could include.

Not installed by default. Have to use yum to install after reboot. Next update
will have it available in the installer.

Provides a default cell of openafs . Troy is working on providing other cells.
